Services

Trust Heating & Air provides HVAC repair, installation, maintenance, and related services in the Lexington and Central Kentucky area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

  • Estimates: Estimates provided are based on initial assessments and may change once work begins if additional issues are discovered. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
  • Warranties: All installations include a 3-year labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties on equipment vary by brand and product. Details will be provided at the time of installation.
  • Emergency Service: 24/7 emergency service is available. Emergency rates may apply outside regular business hours.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via our online booking platform. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in a service fee.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
  • Financing options are available through our partner, Enhancify. Financing terms are subject to credit approval and lender terms.
  • VIP maintenance plan payments are billed monthly or annually as selected at enrollment.
